The Loan Underwriting Team of First Bank of the Lake ("FBOL") is responsible for accurately and efficiently underwriting small business loans to assure compliance with SBA, USDA, and First Bank of the Lake ("FBOL") requirements, as well as our guiding principles. In short, our collective responsibility is to protect the government guaranty and to serve our customers.

Please know that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience, education, skills, etc.
